Car Assembly With 2,000 Lux

Results

After analysing first test results a complete success can be claimed for the project so that further project activities can be carried out.

Night workers who were active below the new lighting installation were able to sleep better and longer after their shift was over. They also certified that they were able to work more effectively in the new light. These positive insights gained from employee surveys were supported with results from analyses from sleeping laboratories.

It could be shown with the progress of the sleeping hormone melatonin that 'light for health' can determine the biological inner clock.
