Lunis® EH focus distribution system | mointing from below
Version:
medium distribution | for metal halide lamp (HIT-DE)
Version:
wide distribution | for low voltage tungsten halogen lamp (QT12)
Features

The Lunis® EH luminaires with focus distribution system create rotationally symmetrical light distribution via a medium or wide distribution optic constructed with a specular reflector of ultra-pure aluminium and a recessed refractor lens. Good glare control is achieved via the very small, narrow optical aperture that creates an exact overlapping of focal points within the light emission aperture. The simply installed downlights are suitable for two different mounting methods: from above and from below.

Special features
  • intensive and glare-free lighting with daylight-similar light from extremely small ceiling aperture
  • suitable for applications with higher protection demands (IP44)
  • mounting according to luminaire construction above via the ceiling cavity or from below via the ceiling aperture
Housing

Modular construction consisting of downlight and separate gearbox for placing or suspending in ceiling void | sheet steel housing, black coated | variation (for installation from below) with wide, visible sheet steel faceplate, coated pure white (RAL 9010); three-point mounting with screw terminals | variation (for installation from above) with narrow visible sheet steel faceplate, coated pure white (RAL 9010); mounting to ceiling structure via height-adjustable support platform

Electrical

Luminaire wired ready for connection | separate gearbox with 3-pole mains terminal, max. 2.5mm² |
HIT-CE lamp variation: gearbox with pre-assembled cable with plug connection to downlight, length=0.5m
QT12 lamp variation: for electronic transformer, dimmable with inverse or forward phase control | please order gearbox separately

Lighting technology

Very large lumen package from an especially small optical aperture, with highly precise specular reflector of ultra-pure aluminium (AL99.98%) and refractor lens

  • rotosymmetrical medium distribution (HIT-CE lamp)
  • rotationally symmetrical wide distribution (QT12 lamp)
