A Weightless Form For Harmonious Lighting
To minimalise a luminaire design to pure light – that was the aim of the Novaluna designers.
The starkly reduced materiality of this new lighting solution is coupled with a cleverly minimalised construction.
Pure light becomes the highly visible focus of the luminaire family with a design language that convinces with gracefulness and maturity of form. Design and lighting technology go much further than a conventional luminaire – with the use of transparent materials the Novaluna is transformed into a vision of pure light.
The luminaire is an all-round talent suitable for office areas and other areas such as transfer or collecting zones. Novaluna has varying patterns of light beam distribution according to the type of mounting and construction variation. An indirect lighting component is emitted from all Novaluna variations (except the recessed version) and therefore uses the ceiling as a light reflecting surface. This results in a pleasant, natural and ergonomic spacial ambience and balanced contrasts.
