The new headquarters for Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad was designed by Weaver Finch Sdn. Bhd.
In the planning stage the client emphasized on an energy efficiency lighting solution.
The interior designer wanted to create a vibrant atmosphere combined with an unique luminaire design.
In order to create a pleasant working environment, the planner chose Novaluna S and Quadrature for individual offices. The luminaires, equipped with an advance micro-prism system have, apart from an easy and tool-free lamp replacement, a very high luminaire efficiency (LOR>90%). Furthermore, the fixture achieves a uniform glare rating (UGR) below 16, guaranteeing a glare free working environment. The total power consumption was reduced to 11.55w/m2
Different lighting tasks had to be achieved for the conference room, ranging from general meetings and presentations to formal receptions. The lighting had to be flexible and adjustable. The solution was found in a Siteco Quadrature Rail System with a direct/indirect illumination equipped with dimming capability. The system provided easy light control and uniform light distribution through the entire meeting room.
The selected luminaires managed to achieve an average power consumption of 10.55w/m2 for the entire office space.
The client and as well the employees have been pleased with Siteco’s lighting solution
