ELDACON® - the original
ELDACON®, the light control technology developed by Siteco, guarantees a high level of illuminance at the workstation without the light source appearing garish and dazzling. With Eldacon technology, light from T5 fluorescent lamps is projected via microprismatic structures into the room. Thanks to this light guidance concept neither direct glare nor reflected glare is produced. In addition, direct viewing of the lamps by the user is avoided, and the luminous surfaces appear homogeneous and communicate a crystal-clear, bright and brilliantly aesthetic impression.

For rooms where absolute absence of glare is of the utmost importance
Luminaires with Eldacon technology are ideal for use in spaces where absolute absence of glare and flexibility of luminaire arrangements are of high importance. They are the ideal lighting solution in modern offices equipped with flat computer screens or laptops, in control rooms with screens and displays with various heights and angles of tilt, in conference and training rooms, call centres and in doctors' practices.

The most important features at a glance:
• Complete absence of glare: the Eldacon technology guides light without glare and therefore highly ergonomically into the room or onto the working plane. Direct and reflected glare on screens and displays is avoided (BAP 65° all-round, 1000 cd/m²). Eldacon offers ergonomically intelligent improvements in working conditions and is also future-fit in terms of standards and regulations.
• Soft lighting effects and balanced shadowing: soft luminance transitions and pleasant, bright walls characterise the control of light via microprismatic structures. In contrast, with purely direct distribution louvre luminaires there is often an unpleasant cavern effect in rooms, because above the beam angle the room is poorly lit.
• No limitations with luminaire arrangements: because of the special light control of the microprismatic structures the luminaires can be arranged completely freely within the room. Even lighting solutions parallel to the window axis are implemented without problems. In this way furniture (e.g. desks with monitors or dentist's chairs) can be arranged freely in the room without having to consider the alignment of luminaires.
• Extremely flat luminaires with a transparent appearance: Eldacon offers new possibilities for luminaire design. Characteristic for Eldacon products are especially minimal construction heights (<= 37 mm) and an impression of transparency and lightness with greater use of translucent materials.
